I love connecting with audiences around all things related to success and personal freedom.
I am proud to call myself a successful entrepreneur with a background in women’s empowerment and leadership coaching. My heart is at home in conversations ranging from business, writing, and professional development, to self-love, education, literacy, and personal development.

Opening
OPRAH WINFREY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY FOR GIRLS
During her visit with Nelson Mandela in December 2000, Oprah Winfrey pledged to build a world-class school for girls in South Africa. Two years later, Mr. Mandela and the then Minister of Education, Professor Kader Asmal, joined Ms. Winfrey to break ground on the site, and in January 2007, the Academy officially opened with 7th and 8th Grade girls.

This historic three-day, once-in-a-lifetime celebration honored 25 legendary women in the fields of art, entertainment and civil rights. The Legends Ball included an unforgettable luncheon, a glamorous white-tie ball and a heart-bursting gospel brunch.
