As founder and chairwoman of Angelique McFarland, LLC, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and executives in sourcing and transforming resources and systems that will allow them to develop and maintain lasting, memorable relationships with their clients and partners.
As the change agent to executives and high-level entrepreneurs seeking to balance and streamline life and business, I especially enjoy helping these driven individuals to build, sustain, and grow their teams and to strategically put into place systems for success.
With a background as an accomplished executive professional myself, I have had my share of highly visible, powerful employers and clients, but like all great success stories, my beginnings were humble. My early experiences as a legal administrative assistant and the opportunities available to me early in my professional life introduced me to the importance of support structures and having a solid framework for business success. It is because of strong early mentors that I had the confidence and support to grow personally and professionally. It is because of the lessons I learned from them that I now mentor others just like you.
I did not become the founder of my own entrepreneurial venture by sitting back and allowing life to happen to me. I didn’t get to where I am by expecting others to find and implement solutions for me.
I worked hard, showed gratitude at every possible moment, and made sure to keep my integrity, dedication, and discretion in tact at every step along the journey.
I cultivated qualities within myself and my own business such as:

My own business has built on these core principles and on continually striving to meet progressively more challenging tasks and projects, ultimately culminating in building successful executive assistant teams and systems in support and service to others. Throughout this journey, I have honed my skills and expertise in areas such as writing, organizing, and especially in utilizing my creative gifts to help others find empowerment within themselves. By helping others to free their time and energy through delegating and streamlining, it allows them to carry out their life’s work and mission with grace and confidence.
I have been incredibly blessed in my career to have worked with, corresponded with, and shared time and space with celebrities, dignitaries, presidents, and diplomats. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with my employers’ fans, associates, friends, and families. Every one of these interactions has been a gift.
I love what I do and believe in spoiling those around me — love is in the details and the details are what hold together relationships. I believe in giving everything I can to help my clients through my personal, creative gifts.

On a personal note, my interests are varied, but almost all lead back to mentoring, community, and the well-being of others on one level or another. I am particularly invested in mentoring teenage girls and young women in both personal and professional development. Young women (all human beings, actually) deserve to have unconditional self-love and to nurture their own needs. I believe in mentoring these girls and women in areas such as the importance of education and literacy, making smart and thoughtful life and career choices, and in helping them to develop economic empowerment through business development and entrepreneurship.
